Front Double Biceps Pose:

Rear Double Biceps Pose:

Rear double biceps pose is exactly the same as the front double biceps pose except that the performer places one leg back, pointing toe with heel lifted and the knee angled slightly out to show calf and leg biceps development.

Side Chest Pose:

Stand with front leg bent showing the calf and leg biceps. The front arm should be bent at 90 degrees with wrist gripped by other hand palm facing downward. Side Triceps Pose:

Rear Lat Spread Pose:

Stand making the back face the spectators with best calf extended towards the viewers; grasp the waist with closed hands. Now pulling your elbows ahead of the middle of your body spread the lats (latissimus). Glutes and hamstrings should also be flexed, while highlighting the V shape of your back.
