Front Double Biceps Pose:
Standing get upper arms flexed out to the sides being parallel to the floor
or a little lifted, as suits best, bend elbows approximately at 90 degrees with
forearms parallel to the body. Lats, chest, abdominals and legs all should be
flexed to give the best.
Rear Double Biceps Pose:
Rear double biceps pose is exactly the same as the front double biceps pose
except that the performer places one leg back, pointing toe with heel lifted
and the knee angled slightly out to show calf and leg biceps development.
Side Chest Pose:
Stand with front leg bent showing the calf and leg biceps. The front arm
should be bent at 90 degrees with wrist gripped by other hand palm facing
downward. With abdominals pulled in tightly throw out your chest. Flex all your
muscles including the legs. You make take up your best side to have maximum
impact on the spectators or judges.
Side Triceps Pose:
Stand with the arm in the front hanging alongside the body, grasped at the
waist by the rear hand from across the lower back. Now with shoulders, chest,
abdominals, legs and calves flexed, the triceps should be tightened
simultaneously to bring out the bulk and definition.
Rear Lat Spread Pose:
Stand making the back face the spectators with best calf extended towards
the viewers; grasp the waist with closed hands. Now pulling your elbows ahead
of the middle of your body spread the lats (latissimus). Glutes and hamstrings
should also be flexed, while highlighting the V shape of your back.
